Who is Aspen Clean Candle?

Aspen Clean Candle was started by Jill Nagel Kosdrosky, a former Industrial Engineer and Financial Executive turned candlemaker. She left her 20-year corporate gig in 2019 to follow her passion for clean living and safer products. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, she now lives outside Aspen, CO with her husband and rescue pup in a sweet little mountain town called Basalt. She creates all of her soy candles by hand.

Our gorgeous vessels can be reused in so many ways! Plant something green, store your toothbrush, or return it to us for a discount on another candle! Or get it to your local glass recycling center and give it new life as a different product.

All Aspen Clean Candles are hand-poured in Basalt, Colorado with Grizzly the rescue pup overseeing operations! We're a small town with a big heart, and all candles can say they were born at 6,600 feet elevation. We are blessed to live in this great country, and are grateful for the sacrifices our military women and men have made for us. For every purchase, Aspen Clean Candle donates $1 to US Veterans organizations.
